## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
 * US Citizenship is contractually required.
 * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
 * Minimum of SEVEN (7)+ years of overall work experience.
 * Experience supporting large-scale cloud platforms.
 * Strong AWS operational experience.
 * Experience with production operations, monitoring, and incident response.
 * Experience with container orchestration, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * AWS Professional certification.
 * Google SRE or related reliability engineering experience.
 * Experience supporting highly available enterprise environments.
 * Experience with Chaos Engineering practices.
 * Familiarity with geospatial platforms including ArcGIS Enterprise.

## Description

* Lead implementation of Site Reliability Engineering practices across enterprise environments.
 * Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.
 * Drive automation of operational processes and incident response workflows.
 * Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
 * Design and implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing solutions.
