* Experience supporting operational teams and managing information systems.

 * Security Clearance: Must have Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

## Description

* Collaborate with staff sections to analyze, refine, and optimize operational processes. Ensure timely, accurate information flows for decision-making and planning.
 * Identify and document information exchange needs to improve interoperability and communication within the division and with external units.
 * Spot opportunities for AI-driven solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making. Work with technical teams to assess and implement new technologies.
 * Serve as the division's go-to expert for IKM processes, tools, and systems. Provide guidance, training, and educational materials to staff.
 * Act as the primary Information Systems Coordinator (ISC), directing staff to resources and liaising with IT teams for timely issue resolution.
 * Implement best practices for data management and support governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and security.
 * Work closely with other divisions and external units to align IKM processes, facilitate knowledge sharing, and enhance organizational learning.
