In this role, you will lead the coordination and management of our sales and marketing fleet across the Americas, ensuring compliance, efficient allocations, and accurate reporting to drive effective customer engagement and sales activities. As a Program Manager, Demo Fleet & Test Drive Operations, you will lead a cross-functional team and partner across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to oversee fleet operations, including demo vehicles, displays, media and special-use allocations, and new product launches. Your work will optimize fleet utilization, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide insights that enhance Tesla's go-to-market strategies. By streamlining these processes, you'll contribute directly to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable abundance through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
