## About the Role

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or healthcare operations experience

 * High school diploma required
 * Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
 * Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
 * Ability to follow workflows and SOPs

Preferred:

 * Health plan or managed care experience
 * Experience in Provider Relations, Claims Processing, Referral Authorization, or Provider Data Maintenance

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

 * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * healthcare: 1 year (Required)
 * Administration: 1 year (Required)
 * Data Entry : 1 year (Required)

## Description

We are hiring a Provider Technical Specialist to support provider data management operations for a healthcare organization. This role focuses on provider data entry, validation, updates, directory maintenance, and compliance support., * Enter and update provider demographic and affiliation data

 * Perform data validation and accuracy checks
 * Process provider change forms and credentialing updates
 * Support provider directory maintenance and audits
 * Maintain documentation and follow SOPs
 * Escalate complex data discrepancies when needed
