## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technology Support Technician to join our innovative IT team. In this role, you will be the frontline problem solver, ensuring seamless technology operations across various platforms and systems. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will drive efficient troubleshooting, system maintenance, and support for a broad range of enterprise solutions., RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: * Set up, configure, and image laptops, desktops, tablets, Chromebooks, and peripherals. * Install, maintain, and update hardware and software systems. * Monitor and maintain technology inventory, asset tags, and related documentation. * Provide Help Desk support and troubleshoot hardware, software, audio-visual, printing, and connectivity issues. * Perform hardware diagnostics and basic computer repairs; escalate complex problems to the senior IT staff as needed. * Provide support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace for Education and Chromebook devices. * Assist end users with routine technical questions, in-classroom technology use, and testing setups. * Maintain technology support logs and user documentation. * Stay current with emerging technology trends through training, technical materials, and workshops.
