This role is responsible for the administration, security, maintenance, and operational support of Windows print servers, Xerox print devices, and Xerox Device Manager (XDM) servers across both NIPR and SIPR networks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience supporting enterprise Windows server environments, secure government infrastructures, and large-scale print operations. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Xerox printing systems and collaborate closely with USAF personnel, Xerox teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant operations.
