This hands-on role is focused on supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, firewalls, wireless environments, and core IT systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting network connectivity, managing switches and firewalls, and supporting Windows-based infrastructure while delivering excellent customer service.
