## About the Role

* Strong expertise (2+ years) in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) is required, including Risk Management and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as LSD, ITSM, or ITOM. Developers who have not worked in IRM/GRC or junior developers will be not considered.
 * Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) applications, with deep technical knowledge of the vendor risk lifecycle, issue management and remediation, and risk reporting/dashboards
 * Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional ServiceNow certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC), ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer), or platform micro-certifications)
 * 3+ years of recent, hands-on ServiceNow IRM development experience delivering platform solutions that solve business problems and create measurable impact
 * Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required
 * Strong proficiency with core ServiceNow scripting and development: JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub)
 * Configure scoped applications and core platform features using best-practice patterns, security controls, and governance standards
 * Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes; ensure secure, reliable data exchange
 * Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, build notes, update sets, integration specifications, deployment runbooks)
 * Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback
 * Maintain code quality through peer reviews, automated testing where applicable, and adherence to ServiceNow SDLC and release/deployment practices
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the ServiceNow platform team
 * Develop automation and orchestration (flows/workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, catalog items) to improve operational efficiency and user experience
 * Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to produce solution designs and delivery estimates; translate requirements into implementable user stories
 * Research and recommend emerging ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist where applicable) and present options to technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Act with integrity and professionalism to support a respectful and courteous work environment
