## About the Role

* Strong experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, AI risk or model risk management.
 * Demonstrable experience designing governance frameworks, policies, controls and operating models.
 * Understanding of the risks associated with generative AI, large language models and agentic AI.
 * Knowledge of relevant AI regulation and standards, including the EU AI Act, ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
 * Strong grounding in data privacy, information security and regulatory compliance.
 * Experience establishing monitoring, audit, assurance and risk-management processes.
 * Previous experience working within a complex or highly regulated organisation.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and senior-level communication skills.

## Description

* Develop a comprehensive AI governance, risk and control framework for the proposed agentic solution.
 * Define Responsible AI principles, policies, guardrails and operating procedures.
 * Assess risks relating to AI models, autonomous agents, data, privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
 * Design human oversight, accountability and escalation mechanisms for agentic AI.
 * Establish monitoring, auditability, traceability and ongoing assurance requirements.
 * Define governance across the AI life cycle, from design and development through to deployment and operation.
 * Facilitate workshops with risk, legal, compliance, audit, privacy and control stakeholders.
 * Support the overall solution architecture and platform assessment with clear governance requirements.
