Strong customer service skills. * Strong understanding of Claims, Remittance, Clearinghouses, Payers and Plans. ## Description The Epic Hospital Billing Analyst serves as the primary technical and operational partner for Hospital Billing functions within Stamford Health System (SHS). This position ensures that the Epic Hospital Billing module functions as intended and meets operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements. The Systems Analyst provides advanced analysis, workflow design, system configuration, troubleshooting, project leadership, and serves as Tier 2/3 support for Hospital Billing-related applications.
