This role focuses on protecting systems, assessing risk, and helping maintain alignment with recognized security frameworks and compliance expectations. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with vulnerability management, access control, and network security technologies while using a methodical, data-driven approach to problem solving., * Partner with internal stakeholders to recommend and implement security measures that reduce exposure and support business operations. Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information systems, or a closely related field. * Working knowledge of core information security concepts, controls, technologies, and accepted industry practices. * Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and similar standards. * Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning solutions such as Nessus or equivalent tools. * Experience working with privileged access or privileged account management platforms. * Understanding of firewall technologies and network security controls, including exposure to Check Point and Cisco ASA environments. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret findings and perform security-related analysis. * Experience with configuration management in support of secure and reliable IT operations.
