(strongly preferred) * Qualified candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 and Teams services. * ITIL experience (strongly preferred) * Knowledge of networking and manufacturing production (strongly preferred) * A high level of independent thinking and the ability to solve problems in a busy environment. * Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work comfortably within strict operational boundaries and procedures. * Excellent communication skills. * Self-motivated and proactive approach * Qualified candidate must be a US Person.
