## About the Role

* A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
 * 2+ years of experience working as an O365 engineer.
 * Experience working with PowerShell.

 * Outstanding organizational and communication skills are required
 * Detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task
 * O365 Certification a plus
 * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Microsoft's O365 subject matter expert in Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive,
 * Office 365 administration, groups, licensing, automations, tenant health, and new service enablement.
 * Design and implementation of products based on requirements while meeting cyber and security policies for an IT subject matter area
 * Provide measurable input for new products/services, processes or standards in operational plans in order to implement business strategies.
 * Responsible for influencing others regarding policies, practices related to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
 * Execute change management requests and provide support for scheduled and planned maintenance
 * Support Operations Tier 3 for Tenant Engineering is essential
 * Participate in researching and testing next generation technologies
 * Coordination and escalation to Microsoft Support
 * Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area
