* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.
 * Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a strong focus on desktop support and equipment troubleshooting
 * Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication with diverse users
 * Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with help desk systems for ticket management
 * Expertise in computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP troubleshooting techniques
 * Hands-on experience supporting Windows (including Windows Server), macOS, Linux operating systems, and mobile devices
 * Knowledge of Active Directory management along with GPO configuration for user access control and security policies
 * Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex technical issues quickly and accurately
 * Excellent communication skills to deliver clear instructions and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment

## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Korean-English) System Administrator & Service Desk professional to join our vibrant IT support team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert, providing exceptional support for a diverse range of hardware, software, and network issues. Your energetic approach will ensure swift resolution of technical challenges, maintain optimal IT infrastructure performance, and deliver outstanding customer service to users across multiple platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment while supporting a global user base., * Provide bilingual (Korean-English) technical support via help desk systems, assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally

 * Manage and troubleshoot computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure seamless operation
 * Support operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux by diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems
 * Maintain and administer Active Directory accounts, including user management, GPO (Group Policy Object) configurations, and permissions
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP troubleshooting techniques
 * Support IT infrastructure components such as Windows Server environments, Active Directory management, DNS configuration, and network security measures
 * Assist with equipment setup, configuration, upgrades, and repairs while documenting all support activities through customer support ticket management systems
 * Collaborate with team members to analyze recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to enhance system stability and security
