This role ensures timelines are met and within budget. Coordinates and schedules resources, requisitions, shipping/delivery, telecom provisioning, quality management, and other essential project management duties., * Develop and direct Sr. level program strategies aligned with organizational goals. * Plan and allocate cross-project resources to ensure needs and expectations are aligned * Monitor and review programming to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances are of adequate quality. * Lead and motivate Sr project teams to achieve program and project objectives through direct and indirect supervision of resources. * Track and monitor project and project team performance within assigned programs * Responsible for leading, planning, and defining the project scope to accomplish its goals and/or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards * Overseeing coordination of personnel and resources required to complete projects * Provides leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring finances, and making sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule * Perform Communication Management.
