A total of 9+ years' experience required without a degree. + Must hold an active DoD Cyber IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+). + Demonstrated experience supporting IT project lifecycles, configuration management, and release control within DoD or federal IT environments. + Hands-on experience developing and maintaining technical artifacts, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation. + Proven ability to evaluate IT service delivery metrics, conduct KPI analysis, and drive ITSM process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: + Formal certification or training in project management or service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4, CAPM, or PMP). + Experience preparing technical artifacts for ATO accreditation and supporting DoD cybersecurity compliance efforts. + Technical familiarity with enterprise infrastructure operations, including Active Directory, SCCM, Linux/Windows environments, and network operations. Clearance Requirements: Must have current and active TS/SCI clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
