## About the Role

* 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development.
 * Strong experience with Python and either TypeScript/React or large-scale backend systems.
 * Proven experience designing and building scalable, production-grade software.
 * Strong understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and performance optimization.
 * Experience owning complex technical projects from design through production.
 * Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, high-growth technology companies, or a combination of both.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Strong ownership mentality, problem-solving ability, and a builder mindset.
 * Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is highly preferred.
 * Experience with AI, Voice AI, healthcare technology, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

## Description

* Design, build, and scale highly reliable backend systems and full-stack applications.
 * Own projects end-to-end, from architecture and technical design through deployment and ongoing iteration.
 * Build features across customer-facing applications, backend services, analytics platforms, and real-time infrastructure.
 * Develop scalable APIs, distributed systems, and modern web applications.
 * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
 * Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and overall engineering quality.
 * Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture with opportunities to grow into technical leadership.
