Your process maps and opportunity assessments are the deliverable. * Comfort with ambiguity. You'll be investigating areas of the company where no one has mapped the process before * Familiarity with AI capabilities at a conceptual level (what LLMs can and can't do, what agentic workflows look like, where automation breaks down) * Background in gov-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools * Engineering or coding skills. This role is about process expertise and discovery. * AI/ML technical depth., * Must be able to remain seated for extended periods. * Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines. * Occasional movement around the office. * Frequent communication via telephone. ## Description You'll systematically investigate how people across Neumo actually work, document what you find, and identify which processes are ripe for AI automation. Think of it as an ongoing operational audit: you move through every department and product suite (Courts, Pension, Tax, Records, Support, Sales, Finance, Implementation), map the workflows nobody has mapped before, and build the prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities for the company. This is a high-autonomy discovery role. You own the full cycle: find the opportunity, document the process, quantify the value, and make the case for what should change. You'll work directly with department leaders, frontline employees, and the AI team to make sure the highest-impact work gets prioritized.
