Day to day, you'll: * Own and prioritize a single enterprise Workday backlog, balancing requests across multiple business functions and aligning decisions to organizational priorities. * Partner with stakeholders to define roadmap direction, resolve cross-domain dependencies, and communicate platform priorities, release impacts, and trade-offs clearly. * Support adoption, stability, data integrity, and platform value by guiding Workday features, products, and enhancements through established governance standards. Beyond that, your work will include helping Truliant get the most from Workday by connecting business outcomes, technical feasibility, risk, capacity, and long-term platform strategy. What you bring We're looking for someone who can think enterprise-wide, build trust across business and technical teams, and make informed prioritization decisions in a complex platform environment. You'll be successful here if you can translate business needs into practical platform priorities while keeping governance, stability, and user impact in view. ## Related Videos - [Stop Renaming Teams, Start Product Thinking: A PM's Guide to Platform-as-a-Product](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100342-stop-renaming-teams-start-product-thinking-a-pm-s-guide-to-platform-as-a-product) - [Python-Based Data Streaming Pipelines Within Minutes](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1233-python-based-data-streaming-pipelines-within-minutes) - [Exploring 5 Key Applications of AI Abundance with Blockchain Assurance](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/971-exploring-5-key-applications-of-ai-abundance-with-blockchain-assurance) - [Destigmatizing the Workplace: Building Real Inclusion](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1492-destigmatizing-the-workplace-building-real-inclusion) - [Would You Buy Your Own HR?
