 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

 * Experience working in blood center in a clinic/hospital setting
 * Familiarity with document imaging systems such as Laserfiche
 * Experience with EMR/EHR or database systems
 * Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance

## Description

* Accurately enter and maintain donor and medical data within computerized systems
 * Review records, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and compliance
 * Perform document imaging and electronic filing using Laserfiche Imaging System
 * Maintain donor charts, records, and database files in accordance with established procedures
 * Run reports, audit records, and correct discrepancies as needed
 * Support donor database maintenance, including demographics and eligibility tracking
 * Assist with clerical and administrative tasks including filing, record maintenance, and communication support
 * Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA, regulatory, and organizational policies
 * Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure timely and accurate data processing
