 * Solid experience in application programming, code development, and unit testing.
 * Experience creating and maintaining program documentation while mentoring and supporting junior developers.
 * Experience working with PPI and SSA data security requirements, including handling employee data in State, Federal, or private organizations, performing production issue analysis, debugging, and code modifications.
 * Experience designing and developing dimensional data models to support Cognos reporting and analytics.
 * Experience developing data analysis, reporting, and metrics queries to support operational monitoring and business oversight.
