## About the Role

Do you have experience in Version control?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong experience with Delphi (Delphi 7 through modern XE/11/12 versions)

 * Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
 * Experience with:
 * VCL / FireMonkey
 * SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
 * REST APIs and Web Services
 * XML / JSON
 * Git or other version control systems
 * Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
 * Problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
 * Experience maintaining legacy enterprise systems
 * Familiarity with DevExpress, FastReports, or third-party Delphi components
 * Experience with modern integrations or migration projects
 * Knowledge of C#, Java, or .NET is often considered a plus

## Description

* Develop and maintain desktop or client-server applications using Delphi/Object Pascal
 * Analyze business and technical requirements
 * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
 * Debug and troubleshoot application issues
 * Upgrade and modernize legacy Delphi applications
 * Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems
 * Optimize software performance and scalability
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment
 * Create technical documentation
 * Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and cross-functional teams
