* Strong experience supporting Oracle Workforce Central (WFC) and Oracle Time Clocks

 * Hands-on experience integrating punch time data into Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

 * Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) is a strong plus

 * Production support experience, including:

 * SLA management

 * Daily application monitoring

 * Incident management and timely resolution of production issues

 * Experience working with ServiceNow

This is a long-term project for at least two years
