 * Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, research synthesis tools, automation platforms) to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.

Desired Skills

 * Master''s Degree Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline required.
 * 15 years of experience. 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
 * Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping to be considered.
 * ServiceNow developer certification highly desired.

 * A UX Professional (Architect/Designer is a user experienced architect is responsible for monitoring the stability and efficiency of system outputs to support business functions and ensure customer satisfaction.
 * User experience architects improve the network infrastructure and conduct system configuration for optimal performance and smooth navigation.
 * They also assist the end-users in resolving network issues, identifying discrepancy sources, and adjust codes as needed to prevent the reoccurrence of technical problems.
 * A user experience architect must have excellent technical and communication skills, especially in helping the technology team in designing systems according to business requirements and feasibility.
