## About the Role

Desktop Support experience in an enterprise environment required:

 * Las Vegas, NV: 2 to 6+ years of experience
 * Eagan, MN: 6 months to 2 years of experience
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10, SCCM, and Trend Micro.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
 * Ability to diagnose, test, and replace hardware components and peripherals.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal English).
 * Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple support requests.

Preferred Certifications

 * CompTIA A+ Certification.
 * Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional IT support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user support, managing hardware and software assets, performing IMAC activities, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees and executives., * Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change) for end-user devices.

 * Provide desktop, laptop, and phone support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Support executive users and assist with office relocations and workstation setups.
 * Manage IT asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
 * Onboard new employees and provide end-user training on hardware and software.
