Your goal is to drive business growth through technical "design wins" while ensuring the rigorous execution of awarded projects. You will be the technical face of the company, leading communications and ensuring our solutions align perfectly with customer requirements., Technical Liaison: Lead technical discussions with customers and act as the primary interface for all technical topics, ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive responses. Business Growth: Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align goals and promote the deployment of new technologies. Project Leadership: Coordinate with Back-office teams (PM, R&D, and QA) to meet Quality, Design, and Cost (QDC) targets. Rigorous Control: Manage comprehensive Requirements Engineering, Change Management, and Problem Resolution processes. Visualization & Documentation: Manage OPL (Open Point Lists), MoM (Minutes of Meetings), and project visualization tools to keep all stakeholders aligned.
