## About the Role

* 6-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
 * Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
 * Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.
 * Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
 * Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven applications.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) or Azure.
 * Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
 * Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
 * Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
 * Exposure to Elasticsearch and Kibana.
 * Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
 * Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
