Donar suport en tecnologia de la informació (IT/TI) als usuaris/àries de les diferents seus i perfils a Espanya i Portugal. Resolució d'incidències i gestió de les mateixes, utilitzant l'eina de ticketing i recursos existents: control remot, correu electrònic o atenció telefònica. Configuració de llocs de treball i telecomunicacions: servidors, smartphones. Gestió d'inventaris d'equips. Altes i baixes d'usuaris/àries (Active Directory). Control de llicències. Gestió d'aplicacions i gestió de software. Optimització i documentació de processos. Gestió d'altres projectes de la companyia.
