Licenses/Certifications * Preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent. * Required: N/A Skills * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools. * Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. ## Description Endpoint Management * Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MEM, JAMF). * Deploy and update software packages, patches, and security configurations across all endpoints with a 95%+ patch compliance rate. * Monitor endpoint health and performance using centralized tools, maintaining 99.9% uptime. * Administer and deploy device images for laptops and desktops using MEM or other tools Security & Compliance * Enforce endpoint security policies including encryption, , and firewall settings. * Respond to endpoint-related security incidents and vulnerabilities. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, and internal security standards. Support & Troubleshooting * Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues escalated from the help desk * Serve as primary IT support team member for our corporate office, including onsite or remote staff * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. * Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle documentation. Collaboration & Communication * Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams to align endpoint strategies. * Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles. * Participate in endpoint-related projects and initiatives.
