IT Infrastructure, Network & Digital Workplace * Coordinate infrastructure and digital workplace services in partnership with international IT teams and external vendors. * Monitor the quality and availability of workplace technologies, including hardware, networking, and telephony services. * Oversee incident management processes and ensure timely escalation to the appropriate teams. * Support the alignment of global IT standards and processes with local operational requirements. * Represent the local organization within international IT communities and initiatives. Project Management & Product Ownership * Coordinate and follow up on IT projects involving internal stakeholders and external partners. * Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions, acting as the bridge between local business needs and the central IT roadmap. * Ensure successful implementation and delivery of technology solutions within agreed timelines and scope. * Manage project scope, planning, risks, and stakeholder expectations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with international colleagues and key stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and service improvement.
