## Description

* Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 10 Business Application consultants en engineers aan, coacht hen en ondersteunt hun verdere groei.
 * Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en workload en zorgt voor een efficiënte en consistente dienstverlening.
 * Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt bij complexe klant- en projectvragen en denkt inhoudelijk mee tijdens pre-sales en implementaties.
 * Je vormt de brug tussen klanten, consultants en management en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en samenwerking.
 * Je helpt mee aan de verdere professionalisering, structuur en groei van het team.
