Education and Experience: * Degree in information technology or related field preferred. * 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience. * Must pass security 10-year background check and drug and alcohol tests. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * Corridor software experience is preferred but not required. * Experience in aviation or regulated industries is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under desks or in server rooms for a minimum of 8 hours a day. * May require standing, walking, bending, and occasional travel between facilities. ## Description The onsite IT Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for Aero Star Aviation's technology infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
