## About the Role

Abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, FH) beziehungsweise einer durch relevante Berufserfahrung erworbenen gleichwertigen Qualifikation

Idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Support oder technischen Außendienst

Solidem Verständnis von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastruktur sowie Interesse an organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten im IT-Umfeld

Strukturierter Arbeitsweise, analytischem Denken und hoher Problemlösungskompetenz

Ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit Service Ownern, 1st Level Support, internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern

Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft in der Region Steiermark und Südburgenland (Ausmaß max. 30%)

Fließenden Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
