## About the Role

Do you have experience in System maintenance?, * 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

 * A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
 * Forman deployment experience
 * Ansible experience

 * RHEL, CENTOS, ROCKY, UBUNTU, and other Linux base OS installation, management, and support
 * Asset Management experience
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Good interpersonal skills.
 * Attention to detail.
 * Good problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
 * Rack and stacking Server, lifting up to 50lb weight.
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
 * Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
 * Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
 * Install and configure systems which support infrastructure and/or R&D activities.
 * Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
 * Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
 * Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
 * Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
 * Conducting daily backup operations.
 * Managing technical documentation.
 * Operations and Support
 * Asset Management, includes 4 physical asset audits per year
 * Need to track inventory any time
