* Design and develop responsive Angular front-end applications.
 * Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
 * Deploy cloud-native applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
 * Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
 * Review code quality and promote secure coding best practices.
 * Coach and mentor junior offshore developers remotely via Microsoft Teams.
 * Support architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
 * Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
