If needed, by aligning with the required stakeholders. - You have a pragmatic approach combined with a can-do mentality to remove roadblocks and to drive/lead your team to success. - You are flexible and able to adapt in a changing organization. - Leadership skills with a structured approach are key to successfully guiding your team. - You are strongly process-driven and actively ensure the correct application of internal processes within your team. - You report accurately and on time, summarizing complex topics in a clear way for both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
