Business & Technical Skills * Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills. * Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders. * Ability to translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and process documentation. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Digital Assets & Blockchain Experience We're looking for professionals with practical experience in one or more of the following domains: * Blockchain * Digital Assets * Tokenization * Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) * Smart Contracts * Stablecoins * Digital Wallets * Cryptocurrency * Programmable Money Experience delivering Digital Asset or Blockchain initiatives within the financial services industry is considered a strong asset. Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented. * Comfortable working in Agile and fast-paced transformation environments. These technologies are reshaping payments, capital markets, digital identity, custody, and the way financial institutions create, exchange, and manage value. As a Business Analyst - Digital Assets & Blockchain, you will join Capco's consulting team and work on strategic client transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business needs, optimize processes, and translate innovative ideas into practical business solutions.
