## Description

* Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Anforderungen im SAP-Umfeld
 * Entwicklung, Wartung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Anwendungen im Bereich SAP HCM
 * Anpassung und Feinjustierung (Customizing) im SAP HCM-System
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Unterstützung und Beratung von Fachanwender
 * Mitwirkung bei System-Upgrades, Einspielung von Support Packages und Performance-Optimierungen
 * Entwicklung moderner Lösungen im SAP Fiori Umfeld
 * Technische Begleitung von Systemumstellungen sowie Prozessanpassungen im HR-Bereich
 * Abstimmung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsaktivitäten inklusive Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer SAP-Anwendungen und Funktionen
