## Description

The Data Analyst I support quality improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting healthcare data to enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights through data reporting and trend analysis.
Key Responsibilities

 * Collect and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources, including EHR systems
 * Extract, manipulate, and present data through reports and dashboards
 * Create trend reports using Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced functions)
 * Support quality improvement initiatives including performance tracking (HEDIS, patient satisfaction, etc.)
 * Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inaccuracies
 * Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders
 * Respond to ad hoc data requests and support cross-functional communication
 * Assist with basic data entry and project coordination as needed
 * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
