* Vorort-Behebung von Störungen als 1st Level Instanz der IT Client-Infrastruktur der Flughafen Wien AG mit dem Schwerpunkt Endgeräte (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Funk, Telefonie, Videosysteme)
 * Durchführung von Aufträgen bzgl. der IT-Client-Infrastruktur (z. B. Arbeitsplatz-Übersiedlungen, Patchungen etc.)
 * Basiswissen über die IT-betriebenen Business-Services mit Fokus IT-Client-Infrastruktur (1st Level-Niveau)
 * Proaktive Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
