## Description

+ Beschaffung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der Server-, Netzwerk-, Clientumgebung (inkl. Telefonie) und weiterer Assets
 + Vernetzung der Systeme
 + Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Fehlern und Störungen
 + Benutzer-Support für alle Assets für die Stadt Schwarzenbek sowie, im Rahmen eines Kooperationsvertrages, für die Ämter Büchen und Schwarzenbek-Land
 + Mitarbeit im Helpdesk (First- und Second-Level-Support)
