## About the Role

Do you have a passion for turning complex data into actionable business insights and driving data-driven decision-making within a dynamic commercial environment? We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will play a key role in developing and scaling advanced analytics solutions that directly support commercial business performance., * Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or another quantitative field;

 * 2-5 years of experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in a commercial or business environment;
 * Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning techniques;
 * Experience working with SQL and modern data platforms such as Databricks;
 * Knowledge of MLOps and DevOps tooling for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production environments;
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
 * Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical analytical solutions;
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
 * Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

## Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will turn complex business challenges into predictive models and actionable insights that drive better decision-making. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you will develop scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact.

 * Build and improve predictive models and advanced analytics solutions;
 * Maintain and enhance existing data products and machine learning models;
 * Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions;
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end analytics products;
 * Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences;
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science tools, methodologies, and best practices;
 * Identify opportunities to create business value through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.
