## Description

Platform Specialist - Digital Delivery

(Onsite, Amsterdam)

Contract - 6 months

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Platform Specialist to join a high-performing Digital Delivery team, supporting global revenue initiatives. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class digital experiences across multiple channels, working with industry-leading content management systems and platforms.

You will act as a subject matter expert across key CMS platforms, supporting the delivery of digital content for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing enhancements. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-quality customer experiences.

Please note: This role is fully onsite in Amsterdam (no remote/hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities

 * Manage the delivery and activation of digital content for campaigns and new product launches
 * Act as a CMS expert across platforms such as AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore
 * Support continuous improvement of digital platforms and user experiences
 * Create user guides and deliver training to internal stakeholders and global teams
 * Collaborate with marketing, product, experience, and technical teams to deliver high-quality content
 * Lead content builds, ensuring scalability and consistency across global markets
 * Conduct testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation
 * Provide troubleshooting support and manage workflows via tools such as Jira
 * Support localisation and global rollout of digital content

About You
