The ideal candidate will have very strong experience as a Scrum Master and will support fully remote teams working as a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) with distributed team members globally. This role involves working within TJX's Global Buying Tools ART, supporting delivery of releases across all geos for our on-prem and cloud-based solutions that facilitate our Buyers when sourcing TJX merchandise. The Scrum Master will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery within a scrum team, ensuring planned commitments are delivered on time and to expected quality.
