## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years' experience in data warehouse modelling.
 * Proven experience with data modelling.
 * Experience performing functional analysis within data projects.
 * Experience leading or mentoring a data team.
 * Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data warehouse platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or similar).
 * Experience planning, designing, and building data warehouse solutions using tools such as IBM Cognos or IBM DataStage.
 * Strong knowledge of:
 + Data warehouse concepts, architectures, and methodologies.
 + ETL/data integration.
 + Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics.
 + Database technologies.
 + Metadata management.
 * Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to take a leadership role.
 * Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
 * Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2) is mandatory.

 * Experience within government or public sector environments.
 * Scrum Master experience.
 * Experience in the energy sector.
 * Experience with Azure DevOps.
 * Experience with financial reporting.

 * Hybrid working arrangement.
 * Fixed onsite day each Wednesday.
 * Additional onsite attendance required for steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder meetings when necessary.

## Description

Hybrid (onsite every Wednesday, with additional onsite attendance for meetings and key workshops as required), We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse Developer to strengthen a growing data team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing modern data warehouse solutions while helping the team improve data quality, monitoring, visualization, and best practices.

This role combines hands-on technical development with technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

 * Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions.
 * Lead data warehouse modelling and architecture initiatives.
 * Build and maintain ETL/data integration processes.
 * Develop reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
 * Design and optimize databases and metadata structures.
 * Perform functional analysis for data projects.
 * Guide and mentor members of the data team.
 * Improve data quality, monitoring, governance, and development standards.
 * Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and provide technical leadership.
