We are looking for an experienced Transversal Architect with strong Java/Angular expertise to lead development initiatives and coach development teams., * Master's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.

 * 10+ years of Java/Angular development experience.
 * Minimum 5 years of Tech Lead experience.
 * Recent experience in engineering practices and developer coaching/mentoring.
 * Strong knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and GitLab.
 * Native/bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch and professional English.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern software architecture.

## Description

* Lead Java development projects and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
 * Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.
 * Manage Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD processes.
 * Coach and mentor junior and medior developers.
 * Establish engineering practices covering code quality, testing, CI/CD and technical standards.
 * Optimise application performance and scalability.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical architecture and delivery.
