We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support organisational change and build engagement around the future IT and data organisation., * Strong expertise in Agile Transformation and Organisational Change Management.

 * Experience in Change Strategy, Culture Change and Leadership Coaching.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
 * Experience supporting organisation-wide transformations beyond software implementation.
 * Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.

## Description

* Support organisational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
 * Engage stakeholders and increase readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
 * Develop change strategies, communication plans and transformation plans.
 * Facilitate workshops and coach management, project teams and stakeholders.
 * Support the adoption of new processes, roles and collaboration models.
 * Identify resistance and implement actions to increase engagement.
 * Help ensure sustainable adoption of organisational changes.
