As a key player in our architecture team, your role will include supporting the design of a large transformation project and aligning with Enterprise Architects, Product Teams, Software vendors, and Business stakeholders. By working closely with engineering teams you'll challenge their design decisions and guide them in implementing digital solutions and modernizing the landscape supporting Kramp's strategy. Additionally, you'll be working with market-leading software like Oracle Financials Cloud. Your design work will be essential in realizing the company vision and ensuring the implementation of compliant financial and fiscal processes across Europe. In your role you will be: 1. Supporting the Creation of a Vision for Kramp's Finance & Compliance Digital Solutions: Participating in the entire lifecycle of defining and implementing modern digital solutions: capturing business requirements, vendors assessment, solution design, and addressing the replacement of legacy solutions. 2. Guiding Implementation Efforts in the Finance & Compliance Domains: Making decisions on systems technical design, designing integration between them, guiding the implementation, supporting testing strategies, and guiding the data migration approach. Challenging and guiding the engineering teams in proving the best solutions that fit Kramp's Finance, Compliance, and Procurement strategic needs. 3. Supporting the Design of a Significant Transformation Project: Modernizing the core of Kramp's systems by replacing the two legacy ERPs with a combination of modern SaaS software packages and own-developed solutions. 4.
