 + Je bent analytisch, communiceert duidelijk en lost problemen liever op dan dat je ze doorstuurt
 + Goede beheersing van Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Jij bent de schakel tussen het platform en de klant. Geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit.

 + Je onboardt nieuwe klanten op het IAM-platform en begeleidt ze van begin tot eind door het integratieproces
 + Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen, samen met developers en product owners
 + Je configureert en past het platform aan op de specifieke wensen van de klant
 + Je voert systeemtesten uit en lost issues op voordat ze een probleem worden
 + Je staat klanten bij met technische vragen en troubleshooting gedurende het hele implementatietraject
 + Je werkt cross-functioneel samen met development, product management en customer support
 + Je houdt je bij op de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in het identity-domein
