## Description

* Einführung neuer Softwaresysteme von der Evaluierung bis zum Rollout (z.B. ERP, CRM)
 * Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Applikationen
 * Anforderungsmanagement (Erhebung, Analyse, Definition, Validierung, Testen)
 * Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität (Funktionalität, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Performance etc.)
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung und internen Abteilungen
 * Schulung von Key Usern
 * Prozessmoderation und -modellierung für Kundenanfragen
 * Product Ownership and Produktmanagement für definierte Produkte
 * Projektleitung und -mitarbeit
